Quest is a bunch of liars. The website doesn’t say appointment only so I go at 6:30am and then they tell me there needs to be an apt. But on the website and message on phone it doesn’t say that and the girl is laughing. Quest is a bunch of liars and losers. Never again !!
Please beware of a worker by the name of Karen at this location. She is rude , insensitive and did not even try to rectify a scheduling issue with one their affiliate companies. She refused to offer any resolution. Terrible customer experience for a first time visit, she just stared at me like she saw a ghost!
Attempting to make an appointment for tests and received a message that the two facilities in Cape Coral were booked up through the 18th. I don’t think that is what my doctor had in mind. Furthermore, it is astounding that neither facility had any appointments available for over two weeks.

Two employees and 6 people waiting. I've been waiting 20 minutes. One person has been taken back for testing in that time. Several of us seem to have the same appointment time. With only 1 employee doing testing, how does that work.
The woman working here at this location has no desire to expedite customers. Playing games and stalling so that no one is served and doesn’t feel like actually doing her job. There are 5 walk in’s waiting to be served and she is just hiding in the back. My wait time said 23 mins and it has been one hour now and there has only been one scheduled appointment that has come in. I expect corporate will respond with some BS excuse like, “we are cleaning more because of covid 19 precautions so wait times are longer than expected.” ... read more
