On July 6th, arrived at facility 3: 55pm, from my PCP office who wanted me to have labs drawn soon as possible, due to my Sickel Cell Disease, approach by employee TWALIA, who was very rude ,stating we close in 5 minutes that I need to hurry up along with looking at me with a very unpleasant look while rolling her eyes, I also complained to the tech who drew my blood about employee and she apologized for the employee actions and said they have been getting a lot of complaints.
