I was in and out for a drug screening in under 10 minutes. I had my employer email and ID ready. Walked in. Checked in on kiosk machine and had an appointment ready in 5 mins. No waiting. No hassle. The lady was kind and professional and amazing at her job. Should have gotten her name! Calling is a bit of a headache I admit but it was much easier than I expected when I came in. Overall 10/10 experience :)
