Austell location is the worst!!! Hr really needs to vet these associates They are rude for zero reason. And act like there soooo busy with only less then 3 customers are in waiting room. Pls. Hire better associates
It shouldn't have taken 3 hours just for a urine sample
Have been to this location twice and have had a great experience both times! In and out very quickly, even today when I was a few minutes late for my appt because I forgot my paperwork from the doctor. Minimal wait time, office is clean, staff is very friendly and professional. Alyanna (not sure if I spelled it correctly) drew my blood today and she was absolutely amazing!! Barely felt the needle or the 4 vile changes. The client that came out before I went back from the waiting room was singing her praises as well!
Quest Diagnostics is always punctual and efficient in getting clients seen. I usually go to the Austell location. The app is easy to use for scheduling appointments. Also, having the ability to see my testing history in the app for the last 2 decades is really helpful.
I was seen promptly at my scheduled time, and the nurse who assisted me was very pleasant and kind.
