I didn’t catch his name, but the phlebotomist’s area was Batman-themed. As someone trained in phlebotomy, it thought this phlebotomist had fantastic technique but also impeccable bedside manner. I notified him that I sometimes faint when getting blood drawn and he went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. This individual showed uncommon compassion and I truly appreciate his service!
Josh was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, had a stellar demeanor, was accommodating, and gave the most painless stick I have ever had. He made my day with his exceptional sense of humour .
The phlebotomist was proficient and patient with me but the waiting room was cold and impersonal.

The urgent care sent orders to the wrong lab, and I would like to thank them. I was with the competition across the street, which is a nightmare. I’ve gone to Quest for two days in a row now. Getting in was quick and easy. Both technicians were speedy, professional, and kind! I am switching to Quest for good!!!
