Phlebotomist Mai (or Mya) was amazing, attentive, professional, thorough, and friendly. I always have a great experience at this location.
Making, changing and confirming my appointment was incredibly fast and easy. I appreciated the solid communication, e.g., the appointment reminders, the check-in process, seeing my name on the waiting room screen to confirm that my turn was coming up. Technicians are always pleasant and appointee on time! It is nice to be able to make an appointment ahead of time. Quest is also very quick when processing the results generally the next day you can see them!
