The phlebotomists are very nice and great at their jobs! I have never had a problem with them drawing my blood. I have seen all the complaints on here about the wait and no one being at the “desk” ... that desk is for the OB/GYN clinic not Quest lab. Quest has a sign in log and a door bell. I have never had a terribly long wait and I have never made an appointment. I only use this Quest location and am very happy here. Great job ladies!!!
Awful. Wasted 2 hours here due to misinformation and no help. Didn't even get to do my test. Go elsewhere!
I have been needing to talk to someone to see if I have to schedule my 3 hr glucose test or if I just come in as a walk in and I can’t ever seem to get ahold of anyone! Frustrating is an understatement.
