Suggestion: In reference to all staff: With no need for further words, a smile and eye-to-eye contact with patients would do much to add warmth and personable treatment for patients. Quest's excellent efficiency and timeliness would not be adversely affected at all!
Made an appointment and arrived 10 mins prior as directed. Waited for 30 minutes…..had to leave for work. Poorly managed!
