I made an appointment for 11:40 on a Friday two days prior. Got there, signed in on the computer, and was called back in 5 minutes. There was one other person scheduled around 1. No one else was there. Gentleman called me back and was friendly and professional. I even brought my 17 month old in a stroller and apologized and he said it was ok. Be prepared for a very long wait, even with an appointment. I have had a standing order for monthly labs and every month now, for the past five months, they've lost the order. I truly wish I didn't have to go through this agony every single month. When I first began coming here, about 7 years ago, they were efficient and quick. Don't come if you can find another lab or be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour, even with appointments. Check-in process was easy and efficient. I was called back a couple minutes before my appointment time and the staff was super friendly. What more could you want.
