Excellent service. User friendly sign in process. Plenty of close parking. This is super convenient for blood work. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how clean the space is. I will not complain if I have to go back for any reason. My appointment took 10 minutes and the phlebotomist answered all of my questions with clarity.
Check-in was easy, short wait time, technician very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
I got a fantastic phlebotomist here named Patricia! Everyone has a really hard time drawing blood from me ever since I gained 70 pounds of menopause weight. I pointed out to Patricia where the best vein was (it's not visible), she felt the area and said "Yup, I feel it, ready?" and she hit the vein first try. I was so relieved and impressed!! The only other thing I will say is do yourself a favor and book your appointment ahead of time online. That makes things much easier. Thank you, Patricia!!
My call today to question a copay I had never had in the past was handled with total sarcasm and rudeness. The customer support person was not helpful and would not acknowledge that the Group ID on my invoice did not match the number on my insurance card. Ironically, when I tried to complete the customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call, the computer would not accept the number for “extremely dissatisfied” and cut me off.
Freshly renovated and spotless, this location has great tech for checking in and seeing what the wait might be and a fantastic staff who patiently helped me sort through my doctor’s challenges in getting the orders sent over.
