I'm giving two stars because most of the people that work there are pretty good people. Prepare to wait for over an hour even if you're on the schedule. They consistently overbook. I had an appointment for fasting blood work at noon on Friday and didn't get out of there till almost 1:00 pm. I thought I was going to pass out from being so hungry and having 10 vials of blood taken.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Quest diagnostics. The location is convenient, the check-in process via text/mobile was fantastic. The facility is clean and well-organized and my technician was a pro!

Drove 40 minutes to an appointment at 4:10 p.m.. arrived at 4:13 p.m. doors was closed. No one would answer the door when I knocked on the door. Called the number for the office. No way to speak to an actual person. Very ridiculous

This service has been extremely disappointing. Our driver completed a drug test, but the lab cannot release the results because the collector failed to send a signed chain of custody form. The driver has now been waiting for results for 5 days. We’ve tried calling multiple times, but every person just transfers us to someone else, and no one takes responsibility or helps resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable.
