They will send your outstanding bill to a debt collector before they will even notify you that anything is due! I didnt receive any phone calls, emails or paper mail about a charge that was due a year ago until the debt collector contacted me out of nowhere. Disgraceful.
The lady who assisted me on 10/10/25 in the afternoon coughed into her hands before drawing my labs. When I asked her to sanitize her hands, she seemed to have an issue with my request. She stated that Quest Diagnostics does not require staff to sanitize their hands if they are wearing gloves—even after coughing into them. She also said inside all their gloves are already sanitized. Extremely skilled person drew my blood one shot no pain. Sterile environment
I was a walk in for a pre employee drug screening, I went on Friday around 3pm and was prepared to be turned away but there was little to no wait. Quick and efficient team, I will be using them again if necessary.
I had the best experience coming to Quest Diagnostics! It was fast, easy and the most welcoming service. Definitely will recommend to others to come here!:)
