It took a extreme amount of time trying verify my ID and insurance card. After 30 minutes or more I gave up and used the kiosk at the location to record my id card and insurance card.

The lady who took my blood was really nice and patient. When she couldn't get my vain correctly, instead of her messing up she asked for help. That says a lot about a person. She is a good phlebotomy person and asks for help when need to becauseshe cares about people. She was patient and helped us a lot. If I have to go back which I hope I don't have to because I hope my cholesterol is good. I want her to take my blood again. ~ Jonathan Marquez
