The technician that drew my blood was very good. I barely felt the needle.
They treat th patient very well. Easy to mak appointments and wait time is minimal.
Horrible process focused business lacking any semblance of customer service. People working there are friendly, but the process and lack of a window, sucks. Just a typical modern online / flow charted business that doesn't have any customer service anymore.
