Doctors forget how to listen to their patients. everyone's pain level is different. There is no one size fit all.
My tech was very kind and very professional. She took time to find the answers, orders were not available and it was time consuming, no fault of hers...Please assist her, I witnessed the other techs calling her out about the time frame, why? I thought it was a manager giving her issues...I asked, and found out that this is common practice? Bully each other? She didn't flinch and it only affected my experience. I'd suggest mandatory classes about being civil in 2026.
I just got blood drawn there and almost passed out. I don’t remember the woman who drew my bloods name but she was super nice and kind about it and gave me a popsicle and water and let me sit somewhere quiet before I was well enough to leave! That was super kind and very much appreciated! Thank you!
This was my first time visiting, and I was immediately impressed by how simple it was to make my appointment online. My appointment was set for 1:40, and after arriving at 1:30, I was called back right at 1:45 for my blood draw.The woman who assisted me was phenomenal.
