Michelle V was amazing.
Whereas individuals such as Pamela Hernandez are excellent, the Quest system relies on its automated system which prevents someone from asking a question or turn in a urine specimen the next day. Quest Diagnostics needs to have triage persons available to answer the locked door. Alea Veals, on August 11th was also excellent. The urine specimen on August 12 was again a problem, when an on-line appointment was not possible. I had to "rush" the door.
The lady who helped me was super helpful, talked me through everything. She was so amazing. Im sorry I dont remember her name but she deserves 5 stars. Please keep her!
