Very bad customer service! Don’t come this place, they don’t provide service for walk in! Don’t respect senior and patient! Especially that African American lady, super rude, 2 times let my mom leave, because my mom is walk in ! I ask her when you will open this afternoon, she said she only one person work this afternoon, she can’t accept walk in! Destiny is a great person with knowledgeable skills and customer service skills as well!
NEVER go to this place! The African American lady (not sure what her name was) who attended to my mom for drawing blood is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was arguing with other patients as well in the lobby and behaves like she hates her job and all the patients are inconveniencing her. Management needs to hire folks who are nice and welcoming towards the patients in this diagnostics facility.
They are really slow and the the workers there are not friendly at all... If you do a walk, in expect to wait 2 plus hours to be seen. As they really don't work walkins in there schedule... They will only see you once all, schedule Appts are done and if one walks in and your next for walk, in you will have to wait... It's crazy... So your better off making an appointment... God for you ask them about it. They treat you as if your incoviencing them.
The Antioch Quest on Lone Tree, has poor customer service. I would rate this less than 1 star but cannot on this review. The tests that were ordered by my Dr. were not done by this lab. The lab technician there was arguing with a patient about their information in the public lobby, in full view and in front of waiting patients, regarding their paperwork, Dr's orders.
