The phlebotomist was wonderful. She greeted me upon entering. Helped me check in and immediately to me to the room. My veins are hard to find. She found one after a short time and was able to get it in the first try. I was in and out of there in 10/15 minutes. It was fantastic.
I honestly thought Carbon Health was the worst place in terms of service to get assistance and then I came to Quest. As you can see from the video and pics, they make you self check in and their machine is flawed. You have to hit any of the buttons several times. As you can also see...no staff. I had an appointment so I rang the bell and a rude lady came out, told me to sit down and she'd be out when done with a "patient". Very bad customer service! Don’t come this place, they don’t provide service for walk in! Don’t respect senior and patient! Especially that African American lady, super rude, 2 times let my mom leave, because my mom is walk in ! I ask her when you will open this afternoon, she said she only one person work this afternoon, she can’t accept walk in! Destiny is a great person with knowledgeable skills and customer service skills as well!
NEVER go to this place! The African American lady (not sure what her name was) who attended to my mom for drawing blood is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was arguing with other patients as well in the lobby and behaves like she hates her job and all the patients are inconveniencing her. Management needs to hire folks who are nice and welcoming towards the patients in this diagnostics facility.
