Destiny was the best she was so friendly and her hands are so delicate.
Brought my mom to the Antioch location and the Hispanic phlebotomist was kind but because my mom is a hard stick she asked the other phlebotomist that was there to help and she was very rude and condescending. I didn't get the phlebotomist name but she was the african american lady. The way she talked to my mom was rude and the way she asked questions was very condescending. I will not be bringing my mom back to this location anymore.
The phlebotomist was wonderful. She greeted me upon entering. Helped me check in and immediately to me to the room. My veins are hard to find. She found one after a short time and was able to get it in the first try. I was in and out of there in 10/15 minutes. It was fantastic.
