Brought my mom to the Antioch location and the Hispanic phlebotomist was kind but because my mom is a hard stick she asked the other phlebotomist that was there to help and she was very rude and condescending. I didn't get the phlebotomist name but she was the african american lady. The way she talked to my elderly mom was rude and the way she asked questions was very condescending. I will not be bringing my mom back to this location anymore. Quest- please do better and hire more professional phlebotomist like they do at Lab... read more
