The nurse blew my vein and told me she had never seen that before which is kind of alarming coming from a medical professional. She blamed it on me taking my Band-Aid off, which was bizarre. Everything was fine in the end, but….no thanks.
I brought my 70-year-old parents here for a scheduled fasting blood test, and the experience was unacceptable. Because of heavy morning traffic, we arrived just 10 minutes late. Instead of showing any understanding, we were refused service and told to wait almost 3 hours for the next available slot. That is completely unreasonable, especially since this was a fasting test and my parents had not eaten anything since early morning. I had such a wonderful experience at this location - I am super anxious around needles, but the phlebotomist was so efficient, friendly, and professional! The check in process was simple, and the automated text with the appointment time and location was helpful!
The staff was amazing! Kind, courteous, helpful, and very sweet. The blood stick woman was awesome. I never even felt this stick, which is rare! I will definitely be coming back to this quest location, Annandale.
