I WOULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW IF I COULD This place is so unprofessional. Once, I showed up for an appointment and they weren’t even there. NO ONE WAS HOME. No notice or anything. Today I was there for a different test, but when I checked in, they only had my order from last time - when they didn’t show up. I had ordered the different test LAST WEEK. I was late to work because of this mix up, and still haven’t gotten the test done. On top of that, the lady doing the bloodwork was condescending.
I had an appointment. They closed for the day and I got no notifications. Another woman was there having the same issue. My husband has also had issues there.
The woman who was there and handled taking my blood was AWFUL!! She jabbed me and poked around with a butterfly needle before removing it fast and proclaiming she has to use another one. When she started to motion for a redo I said maybe we should use the other arm she declined and said no problem with same arm same place?? She jabbed my arm fast and deep. It was very painful. Then said she needed a urine sample, fill this cup leave it in the bathroom ( with the othe 4 or 5 that were sitting in there ) and said you can go. S... read more
My visit to quest was very quick and easy. The phlebotomist was very polite and professional.
I made an appointment within 48 hours. I was in the office for 5 to 10 minutes. Phlebotomist was friendly and efficient.
