Like most the reviews above the wait time was long: I had an appointment for 9:40, checked on the kiosk at 9:30, waited until10:10 to be called at the desk, went back to the lobby and the phlebotomist called me at 10:20am. On the screen there were only 4 appointments before mine, it seems that they are understaffed to handle the patients with appointments. The waiting time for my appointment went by quickly, with courteous service at the front desk, and my lab technician, Rashmi, was able to draw blood painlessly and professionally! I have difficult veins to hit, so this is greatly appreciated.
I arrived ahead of time but was not called up until well after my appointment time and then had to wait over another hour before I was taken back to give my blood, from where I was sitting I could see that there were a number of technicians walking around back there but not taking patients which I don't understand.
Able to make my appointment online and was able to check in easy due to making an appointment. Was called back for my lab drawn 1 minute before my appointment time. Was done rather quickly.
Excellent care. I get very attentive because I speak English more or less.
