I've been to multiple Quest Diagnostic centers where I set up an appointment, showed up, and got seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. This is not one of those centers. Even though I checked in 5 minutes early, I waited... and waited... and waited. I eventually had to leave before being seen, because I had a meeting to get to. Before I left, I noticed they had 21 patients signed up for the next hour. Given they seemed to be seeing 1 patient every 5 minutes (i.e. 12 per hour), it would take them twice the advertised ... read more

I have HAD to come to quest many times. Every experience is horrible. Wait times for stand by are far over 2 hours. One time my appt was completely skipped that same day a woman's name was taken off of the appointment list and disregard. The techs have NO patient care experience. All in all I wish my insurance would allow me to go somewhere else. I'd rather never have blood work done than to deal with this company. Horrible.

There was no AC running, I was sweating like crazy in the waiting room. (This may have been a system issue out of their control, but) My QR code didn’t work—said it wasn’t able to locate any appointments connected to that code— so I had to enter my info manually. I’ll be going to a different location for my labs, which is a bummer because this one is very close to my house, but it’s not worth it. I ended up canceling through the app when I still hadn’t been called back well past my appointment time. I’ll be rescheduling else... read more
