Everything went great at this location.
I have been to this location quite a few times over the last few years. I always make my appointment for early in the morning and i have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Last week was no different. I was called shortly after my appointment time. The young lady who took my blood did an excellent job too. The only minor issue occured because they changed their check-in procedure. They no longer require you to check in at the counter. Showed up for my 3pm appointment, checked in, and was out in 15 minutes. The lab techs were very sweet and making jokes with me, as I don’t like having my blood drawn. Can’t recall the techs name, I believe it began with a K, and she was very kind and talked me through the blood draw. Check in is on a computer now so make sure to bring your ID and insurance card with you.
I was not greeted by the phlebotomist who mispronounced my name and actually took other person first. She was unprofessional, rude, and all around seemed unhappy to be there. Even when I asked questions she wouldn’t explain anything to me. It was very uncomfortable experience. The only thing that was positive was her phlebotomy skills, although my veins are big so it was easy anyway.
