Horrible experience. I am traumatized from my blood draw I had today. I told my phlebotomist I was very nervous because I have a phobia of needles and she was very dismissive and acted annoyed that I was crying and scared. She poked me and then took the needle out without actually taking the blood, and had to get someone else to do it. They had to use both arms which made it so much worse. I will never go back there and I hope that she learns how to treat people better.
R.Patel (phlebotomist) was wonderful. Great bedside manner and very personable. Then on the way out, we had the pleasure of meeting the one and only Aquila! Sooooo cool and hip! Made us feel like family. THANK YOU STAFF!
