I tried to get lab work done here and the tech carried in a dirty, stained green ottoman for me to lay on….and then miscommunicated to me how a mobile blood work unit process would happen. I sat at this office for an hour waiting for a medical truck to approach. All I saw was a dirty work truck with the bed open…so did Quest travel with a medical bed they intend on me laying on, in the open air of a truck bed for an hour? this is so disgustingly insanitary there are not words.
