Cassie was wonderful. She took the time to make my teen with vasovagal syncope feel comfortable and relaxed. She didn't rush us. Yet at the same time we didn't wait long at all in the waiting room. It's clean facility with a simple, yet comfortable, waiting room. For those wondering where it's located, just walk inside the medical facility and look left. There's a tablet to check in on.
