The lab technician was nice and quick. I did not wait long and I wasn't in the back any more than 4 minutes.
The blood tests ordered by my doctor were available immediately to the co-located blood draw lab. My wait time was about five minutes. The tech was thorough and polite. My blood draw was quick and relatively pain free.
I wish I had got the name of the technician at the Aiken (Dougherty Road location) that took care of me. She was outstanding. She helped get my lab request from the doctor's office since it was not in the fax system, and she made the blood withdrawn painless. Can't say enough about how awesome she was on Tuesday, late morning, 12/3/24.
The young lady who administered my lab test yesterday was amazing. I did not even have the slightest bruise on my arm. It was not even sore. She was so kind and gentle. That is saying a lot because I'm on blood thinner and bruise easily. She is excellent at her job. Thank you
