Cassie was wonderful. She took the time to make my teen with vasovagal syncope feel comfortable and relaxed. She didn't rush us. Yet at the same time we didn't wait long at all in the waiting room. It's clean facility with a simple, yet comfortable, waiting room. For those wondering where it's located, just walk inside the medical facility and look left. There's a tablet to check in on.
The Patient Service Center is conveniently located, being able to sign up for an appointment on the Quest web site is very desirable. The service technician was friendly and efficicent, and the whole blood work experience was as good as it could be for me.
Got sent here for blood work 5 days ago. I've had my blood drawn hundreds of times in my lifetime, but this is the first time I've ever had a vein blown out. My veins are very pronounced and easy for every other nurse and medic I've had. She stuck the needle in at an angle and apparently went out the side of it.
