I was in and out within a few minutes and the phlebotomist was excellent.. No discomfort whatsoever.
Had an appointment for 9:10 and showed up early at 9. Watched as 1 person was taken back in the first 30 minutes and wasn't able to get in until 10:15. They are horribly understaffed and only had 1 tech working while I waited to get my lab completed for 30 minutes once I was out back... What should have been a 15 minute appointment turned into a 2 hour nightmare. If you're getting labs done and value your time, don't go here.
Very satisfied with the staff, facility, and procedures.
