I had a very unpleasant experience at this lab location. There were no restrooms in the waiting area, so I politely knocked on the door to ask if I could use one. The tech came out and was extremely rude and condescending in front of everyone, saying she “heard me the first time” but clearly didn’t understand my request. My lab technician was fantastic. I've had her three times now, and so good each time. Very friendly, and was able to collect my blood on the first stick each time, whereas it's usually a long a drawn-out ordeal with other technicians.

Less than five minute wait time for my appointment. Very courteous and efficient technician. Would highly reccomend

Would not give me butterfly needle. My veins collaps, my arms bruise for at 6"-7". Iv been told "we only use them for children"; "we don't carry them", "no matter the needle, its the same gage"... they think im stupid. Rudeness from the same so-called nurse, was even worse. Your nurses need empathy classes.
