Is there a logical reason the Abilene location only has one Tech on duty? Been waiting over 1 1/2 hours for a 15 second blood draw. Unacceptable!
Staff was delightful. I had an appointment and was taken back exactly on time.
Took 2 hours to do a UDS. She took about 30 minutes per person. I have never seen anything like this before.
Wish I could post a picture of my arm. Huge black and blue bloody bruise and they used a butterfly needle. Can't imagine the damage they would have done with a regular needle.
