The worst experience possible. The phlebotomists are rude, unprofessional, and talk down to patients—especially the elderly. If someone has difficulty using the kiosk, their response is simply, “I can’t help you.” It’s clear they do not enjoy their job and are not passionate about it. Working in healthcare requires compassion and empathy, but unfortunately, the phlebotomists here show neither. I was truly appalled by the way they treat their patients. Avoid this location and go to the Quest in Wethersfield instead.
I could not make an appointment online and I was very aggravated with that, but I took the chance and I walked her in and I didn’t even have to wait five minutes
