On Friday morning September 12 at Quest by Baylor AS, Tiera, a phlebotomist, demonstrated extremely unprofessional and rude behavior during my visit. She required me to remove my long-sleeve shirt because I couldn’t roll it up for a blood pressure check, and when I said it wouldn’t affect the results, she abruptly stopped me and said “we’re not allowed to do that” and I had to ask her to close the door so that I could do so, yet she failed to follow other basic procedures. Brought my client here for lab work. Parking was HORRIBLE. The garage was packed both times we arrived. Finding the place was pretty easy once you come out of the garage you'll walk straight into the double doors and make a right at the first Hall. Unfortunately you don't have face-to-face customer service they only have a self-check in Kiosk. Regardless of if the walk-in list is short or long, your still waiting 1 hour or longer for service. The techs are rude and are not at all helpful.
