Great Service Today! Check in at the kiosk was easy to navigate. I waited for about 5 minutes before being called back. The Phlebotomist I had was very professional and good at her job. I completed other preliminary steps,had the draw and was out it felt like 10 minutes overall.From the Check-in to the purpose of the visit to checkout, was a great experience. The facility was nice, warm, the staff were friendly and professional and the service was great.
I’m not really the type to make reviews unless I support or really dislike a place, but due to this experience impacting a portion of my medical wellbeing, I am using this to explain my frustration. I had an appointment with this Quest today, and unfortunately they were extremely slow. We arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment with only one other person in the lobby, and they called us back 50 minutes later (30 minutes after the appointment time).
