Please BEWARE. My daughter, 25 and 125 lbs, went to get lab work for Function Health. They take 13 vials of blood. She didn’t realize this was a lot. The nurse said “maybe you should split it up into two sessions”, and my daughter said “yes, that would be fine.” Then the nurse says, “well, we will see how you do.” After they took the blood, she felt ok so they sent her on her way never asking her or telling her to sit for a bit to see how it was going to affect her. I went to Quest on 8th Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas and I had the most wonderful lady that drew my blood. Shauntae was so nice and very good at her job. She was professional and explained everything to me. Shauntae is very good at taking blood I didn't even feel the needle. Definitely a wonderful Quest and great staff.
My phlebotomist Shauntae was awesome. Very polite, professional, compassionate and attentive. She greeted me by name upon arrival she introduced her self as well. She was very attentive throughout the whole appointment.
My appointment was at 11am. there was a wreck in the parking garage waited 20 min they have computer check in no real staff to talk to when you come. So I called the number on my paper and they were no help told me I would have to wait for a walk in appointment. I feel you don't value yu customers.
