You've a gem in the plebotomist who took care of me . Her expertise was flawless, and her manner professional yet relatable, this alone was enough to garner my support.
They make you register as a walk-in even when you're here to pick up/drop off kits. Lab techs always in a bad mood, and helpless. Waste of time every time just to pick up equipment.
Do not use this office, the direction are all wrong I was on time for my appointment but in the wrong building I talked with a member of staff about my appointment she then went in the back room to check something and never returned another assistant came in the waiting room I explained the problem she told me to wait after two hours of waiting no service so was punished by these staff members for being 10 minutes late because of directions to wrong building
All I can say is never schedule a late appt. They were ready to go home @430pm and we were treated rudely and the lady was in a rush to draw my mothers blood and was very rough with her.
To dependent on AI to screen calls to squeeze more,that only works if I didn't go elsewhere . Not user friendly you will disconnect feeling frustrated and frankly peeved time waisted Breath and pray.
