The staff was great. I didn't get called back until 15 minutes after my appt. time though. This place would be MUCH better if parking wasn't such a hassle too. I prefer the Quest off of Montgomery for that reason, however, they were not open on Saturday.

My phlebotomist Shantae was quick and accurate. Took less than 5 minutes for some bloodwork. I recommend scheduling an appointment for quest, as the walk in times can be long, depending on day. I arrived right before my scheduled time and was out 10 minutes later. Also get there 5-10 mins early, the parking garage is a pain.
