I went in for bloodwork requiring a 12-vial draw. Shortly afterward, I received a voicemail from the phlebotomist. Unfortunately, his English was so poor that the message was nearly indecipherable; the only words I understood were “problem” and “need to return.” When I went back, I was informed that all 12 vials had been hemolyzed because of an improper draw. My blood draw was perfect. The flabotomist was very professional and quick, while still being very personable and even funny. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit!
I made a mistake securing an appointment--couldnot register at the site. I asked employee Ashley if she would help me. She took my completed forms and told me to wait. coming back to me she pointed out my mistake and processed me in good order. Very impressive employee.
