Even though the new reception area is now all digital, I am getting used to it. Very effective. Always a complication-free blood draw. Phlebotomists take good care of me. Practically painless in every way!
1 hour in, the standby list has not moved at all, and the staff continues to ignore it. There is only one person on the check-in list that doesn’t come in for another 30mins and the staff still isn’t helping the walk-ins. If you decide to walk-in here despite the horrendous management, ALWAYS choose a check-in time at the kiosk instead of joining the standby list.
They were on time for my appointment and Ashley was amazing. I always stress out but she made it painless. Thank you!!
Should not be advertised as walk in friendly, sat there for 2 hours and never got in
Beshoy is the best phlebotomist I have ever met. If you’re sensitive to blood draws I highly recommend him. He makes me feel so comfortable and safe. I took my mom to get her blood work done, and we were so impressed with phlebotomist Beshoy! My mom usually has a very hard time with blood draws — it often takes 2 or 3 tries to find a vein. But Beshoy got it from the first try! She was so happy and said it didn’t hurt at all. He was professional, gentle, and very kind. We’ll definitely be coming back to him every time.
