I had a wonderful experience here! Marilou was an excellent phlebotomist and took great care of me! I came in super nervous and she was nothing but kind and compassionate to me. She did an excellent job and I would definitely come back!
I joined the standby list and the computer told me it will be 30-60 mins. I then waited for an hour and a half (first on the standby list the entire time). Not one staff member talked to me during this whole process. I finally asked someone who told me it may be another couple hours and they can’t even text me when it’s my turn so I have to wait there the whole time. I waited another hour with nothing and had to leave. Absolute disrespect of peoples time.

I was prepared to submit a fantastic review until I realized that the technician, Izzy, had stolen $135 cash from my wallet while I was submitting a urine sample. After drawing my blood, she directed me to use the restroom. I inquired about storage for my purse and belongings as there were no lockers. She assured me that my things would be safe in her station - wrong!! There are no cameras in the exam areas - I'm guessing due to HIPPA regulations.
