Very efficient and quick check in process. A nice and professional phlebotomist.
Check in Kiosk was not working and with only 2 there was a line. I took 15 minutes to check in and no-one to assist. Someone finally came out. The technician who was great then told me I had a bill and wanted me to pay. I asked for the bill, but could not be provided. How do you pay a bill when a bill is not provided? Then I was told I needed to provide a Credit Card for a test incase Insurance does not pay for it. Why was this not pre-approved? Now my card will be charged without my approval?
