Not busy but avoid if possible. Even for quest this was a negative visit
Accommodating the folks who need to be fasting for blood works for the morning session, say 8 to 12. Others can easily come in the afternoon. Fasting till 2;30pm is quite a hardship. I.e. if you really care about your customers, just be smart and treat them better, not just a dumb scheduling program written by ignorant software development folks.
I went in for bloodwork requiring a 12-vial draw. Shortly afterward, I received a voicemail from the phlebotomist. Unfortunately, his English was so poor that the message was nearly indecipherable; the only words I understood were “problem” and “need to return.” When I went back, I was informed that all 12 vials had been hemolyzed because of an improper draw.
