My appointment time came and went. I sat there and listened to two women gossiping. One went in a door and closed in. Came back out, looked at me and went to continue the conversation but talked lower. They have 8 people in que and are just chatting. This is sad! No accountability.

One star is way too much for their facility! Staff are EXTREMELY RUDE! Do not respect customer nor customer’s time means anything to them. It’s unfortunate that you’d have to wait for half an hour past the appointment time just to get a blood sample done.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. I came in for a blood draw, and was met with unprofessional and unfriendly service from the staff. I forgot to print out my lab order and asked if I could come back later that day. I was told the schedule was fully booked. However, I checked online and saw a 4:50 PM appointment available at the same location. I printed my order and came back—unfortunately, the same staff member helped me again.
