I forgot my lab authorization paper. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she had me email the copy I took of the authorization on my phone and made it work for the lab visit. Excellent work and patience. I had an appointment and went right in. She took the blood sample quickly and easily. The blood testing was provided the day after and confirms that I’m still healthy with no real issues. Thank You.
Kinda confusing with the check-in process, thought there was receptionist there but there wasn't. The techs were okay but a little impatient and rude not hugely impressed!
