I love the quick self check-in process. I'm always in and out in less than 15min. The staff is always welcoming and professional. I 100% recommend if you looking to stay on top of your health.

Be cautious about getting blood work done at this location. I’ve never in my life ended up with a 3‑inch by 1‑inch bruise from a simple blood draw. The woman searching for a vein was wearing gloves that were at least two sizes too big for her hands, and it showed in how she handled everything. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Automated reception/checking goes pretty smoothly. There are.no people to help/ask questions. If you don't have an appointment forget about being seen. Signing up for the Walk-In Line gets you on a list, but you're basically waiting for an appointment to no-show. If they are backed up at all, you'll never get in.

Quest Diagnostics has automated away its front desk staff and this creates such a very stressful environment. Patients need to be able to walk in, be greeted by a human being and be offered assistance in using the check-in system. The phlebotomists try to do their job well, but they need support. I have no plans to return to this lab. ZERO customer service and the lab techs need support.

The initial phlebotomist - blew a vein and then asked her colleague to do it. I explained that due to a medical condition I have heightened sensitivity to pain and specifically ASKED if she could please use a butterfly needle. Her response was that they only are given 3 butterfly needles a day and would not use one on me because she didn't know how many the initial phlebotomist had left. She did not ask the initial phlebotomist how many butterfly needles she had left, nor did she look to find out. She just told "this is how ... read more
