Google said that it opens at 8 but it actually opens earlier. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting til 8 to go in. I go in to find a long line. So instead of sitting in the parking lot I could’ve got in line if the actual opening time was posted.
Appointment secured on line. Two attendants. Senior was on time, junior was a bit late. When I went to sign in, the system befuddled me. I asked the junior for an assist. She hurriedly said she could not as she had to get ready for her shift. She was not friendly. A young customer assisted. The senior phlebotomist was sweet, kind and capable.
The process of setting up an appointment, buying tests, and then paying for them, could be a little clearer. We weren't totally clear on if tests had to be purchased in advance. Otherwise, no issues at all and a good experience.
Busy location so make an appointment if possible and things go quickly. Good and friendly staff. Plenty of parking available around the corner (navigate to the UPS Store).
