Easy to schedule and/or reschedule an appointment & provides quick service. However the technician I had wasn’t very welcoming or compassionate which put me off a bit since you should be if you’re putting needles in people’s skin. Just felt as if she was just rushing to get it over with, didn’t even tell me when she was going to put the needle in just did it without warning.
Female phlebotomist was disgusting and rude. Screamed at me in front of everyone just because I asked when I would be seen. Do not recommend this location. Also smells like mold and mildew.
I have been coming here for years. They always treat me with respect, and I never have to wait.
The visit was pleasant and friendly. I felt comfortable and the process was quick and easy.
