Ben, the phlebotomist, provided excellent customer service. Greeted me by name, introduced himself, and informed me of what expect. All of which are key to providing a great patient experience.
Extremley professional
The lady phlebotomist working at this location was extremely rude. I have ADHD, I was told to hurry up and be faster talking back like a child. I don't recommend this location. Do something about this Quest Diagnostics?
