Appointment was at 11:40A, arrived at 11:44A due to unforeseen traffic and was immediately greeted with a snide remark regarding punctuality. Didn’t stop there, the man continued to reprimand me during the total 5 minutes it took to draw my blood. He made sure to let me know that I should be more considerate because they close in 15 minutes and he worked a 6 day work week. Completely unprofessional and rude, very uncomfortable experience.
The technician was very polite,professional, knowledgeable and personable.EVERYTIME I go to Quest I always have a WONDERFULLY,AMAZING EXPERIENCE .FROM the time I open and enter in.I always speak to others while they're waiting. I believe it helps all of us! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES!AMEN!
Terrell was my phlebotomist. He is a "float", so I never had him before. He was fantastic. He was very proficient, kind, and calming. As always, taken in on time and out of there quickly!
I made my appointment on line and got one for the next day. When I got to the appointment, checkin was quick and convenient. Short wait later I was called for my appointment. The techs are very friendly and professional.
