I had an exceptional experience at Quest on August 27, 2025, thanks to a genuinely caring and friendly phlebotomist who made the entire process comfortable and reassuring.
No wait my appointment was a few minutes early. Person who drew my blood was excellent, she did a fine job.
Had them do my annual metric screening for insurance and mentioned that my doctors don't test my BP over and over without pausing. He told me he'd been doing it for 25 years so basically shut up. I asked if my doctors were wrong and he replied, probably yes (I have a cardiologist that's been practicing at least that long). He was about to get hyper condescending when I could sense him reeling himself back in. Not sure what his problem was. Decent tech I guess but thinks too highly of himself in my opinion.
