Disgusting to tell people they are falling behind ? If that was us patients they’d skip us if we came late. Horrible. Poor customer service. To wait nearly 3 hours. What is Quest doing with their business remove those you have with disgusting service or they will run the company. Never ever coming again and won’t refer to anyone here
I had my laboratory tests done at this clinic on July 11 and July 18, and I had a very positive experience. First, the self-check-in process was efficient. I received my check-in code by text message, and when I arrived, I was able to identify myself quickly and was seen right on time. The staff were very polite and proactive in handling everything. I had a incredibly frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, July 11. My family of three arrived as walk-ins for our annual physical lab work and checked in on the kiosk. Shortly after, a male technician came out and told us that because it was a Saturday and they only had two technicians working, they could only accept one of us and the other two would have to leave.
