I had such a great experience at the Quest location in Pelham, all thanks to Macie! She is truly amazing. I’ve been to two different Quest locations in Boston before this, and both were honestly terrible experiences, which made me pretty anxious about getting my blood drawn. I had a really great experience at Quest thanks to Macie. I’ve always had a hard time with blood draws because my veins are difficult, but she made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring from start to finish. Macie took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I love getting my blood drawn here. I used to puke before but they are so amazing that they helped me get over my fear of needles. I hate drinking water and they always get it in one poke. My only thing is not with the phlebotomists but the company. There is only one poor woman working there. There used to be 4 way back when and it used to be a good place to walk in. They gotta bring in another nurse to help the workload. Medicine shouldn't be about the money anymore which is what it feels like when they get rid of reception... read more
Great experience, Macie was friendly, professional, and excellent in skill. Well worth the extra drive from where I live. I will definitely go here again, and will share my experience with friends and family!!
Macie is as good as the reviews say! I accidentally scheduled my blood draw for Monday instead of Tuesday. I checked in as a walk-in and Macie got me in within 5 minutes of me arriving. She is super sweet and quick with what needs to get done! I drove farther to this location solely to have an easy experience based on the reviews (because who likes to get blood drawn) & it was all worth it.
