This location has no one available to help you in the lobby with lab drop offs. I had a urine sample to drop off and had to wait in the waiting room as a walk in and make an a walk in appointment in their electronic kiosk system. They were booked one week out on-line to make advance appointments so I couldn’t schedule an appointment time for the lab to be returned as they recommended for the quick turn around time I needed with the lab. I was worried after reading the reviews bit came on at 845 AM as a walk on and was seen in 5 mins. I would definitely recommend this place. Checking in was smooth.

It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding scheduling and every single online appointment slot I pick, no matter how far out it is or what time of day it is it’s always already been chosen, and I’m forced to go back and pick another time, which is also already been chosen.
