Go somewhere else. Multiple patients coming out and employees yet no one taking any new patients back. Person before me waited over 40 minutes, I’m currently on 30 min of waiting and late for another appointment. Getting blood work should not be this difficult.

Very very slow location, waiting room full and ran far behind scheduled appointment. Had a drop off sample with an appointment at 1:40 pm by 2:20pm they had not called back a single patient. Patients were leaving and no one was going in. Left and went to a different location.

My husband made an appt earlier today and had almost an hour wait. I had an appt after him and there are 26 people in front of me. Now a pizza is being delivered for the staff. I’m leaving. Do better Quest. You need more staff.

Flo is an actual angel (i hope that was her name I saw it on her door) she was so incredibly patient and uplifting and took me (a mega needlephobe) to give like 10 vials and talked to me the entire time. Give her a raise

My young son had two separate orders. One from a specialist and one from his primary. Rather than taking 1 set of vails and sharing the information with both physicians, which is what we were told would happen, they treated it like a double order and took double the amount, using 8 vails. My son almost passed out after. Total incompetence!
