Went in to drop a stool sample off and a Brazilian woman after making an appointment comes into the waiting room screaming at everyone in broken English saying anybody who hasn’t booked an appointment even if they checked in needs to go home one woman expressed “her attitude was giving her anxiety and making her nervous to the point she felt she may be going into a panic attack” the Brazilian woman continued yelling at her and the poor elder woman just walked out.
