Clean, fast, friendly, convenient.
Quest in Yarmouthport, refused to take my husband's blood even one afternoon though the office had no clients. They were not busy the place was empty. This was around 2:00. They close at 3:00 My husband called Corporate and they gave him an appointment in Harwich office.He arrived minites before 3:00 9 and they said we are ";CLOSED" even though he had the appointment. No available WiFi to pull up orders and rude staff
SEVERELY understaffed location. Even when you make an appointment they are running 60-90 minutes late. When you ask why it’s so late, they always respond with “I’m sorry, I’m the only one here” I feel for the only person that showed up to work there, but the location is poorly managed and needs more staff in order to honor the integrity of the appointment system.
