I visited today for my 3:30 PM appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The nurse in Room 3 was extremely unhelpful. My doctor had previously ordered multiple exams, and I also brought a new paper prescription with a Quest Diagnostics barcode. However, the nurse repeatedly insisted that she could not use the paper prescription and instead wanted to perform blood work that I did not need. The Phlebotomist who drew my blood was professional, efficient and very easy to talk to. I would love to see her the next time I need Quest's services.
I wanted to share a shoutout to Debbie C. for going above and beyond during my visit today. I arrived mid morning on a Saturday, without an appointment, and had multiple complex lab requisitions, including a large number of specialty tests that required extra review and processing. Debbie was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.
