The LIVINGSTON site is always most efficient and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with.
I called and wanted to check to see if they got all of my paperwork and there was no number to call. Everything was automated and when I got there they didn't receive my paperwork and even though I had an appointment, people went ahead of me and they did not honor the appointment dispite making an appointment. This is completely frustrating. This was the exact thing I wanted to avoid. Getting blood work done took more than 1.5 hours here!!
While the phlebotomists here are helpful, they are clearly overwhelmed. Quest seems to have made the decision to understaff their locations, so the phlebotomists need to double as front-office staff, administrators, and clean-up crew. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting on my complete results and Quest as a whole seems to go to extreme lengths to prevent me from talking to a human about what might be going on.
