I waited almost 2 hours… this was the worst experience. I will NEVER RETURN.
Super easy and quick. Checked in with my ID at the kiosk, she came out to get me with 5min, verified my info, got it on the first stick and I was out of there! I can see if someone has an issue with paperwork or checking in that could be a problem since it’s a digital kiosk but I had a flawless experience.
Easy process, but make sure you have your doctor’s fax number or they can’t help you.
