It was clean and the lab technician was friendly
I was 4 minutes late to my appointment because the instructions were confusing, and I did not realize NOR was notified on the website that this quest was inside ot Swope Health building. They made me reschedule for an hour later because I was 4 minutes late. I had to sit there in their waiting room while needing to urinate because I need it for a urine test. Humiliating and painful over less than 5 minutes. I'll drive further to another location next time.
Cassie is the sweetest! Also they got me in and out within 10-15 minutes. The quickest appointment I've ever had at Quest. Keep up the good work, y'all!
