DO NOT GO HERE — 0 STARS IF I COULD I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I arrived 10 minutes early for a urine test, and the lobby was completely FULL with only 20 minutes left before closing. One couple told me they had already been waiting over an hour. Then things somehow got even worse. A man came in with a stool sample to drop off. Every door was closed and the window was shut, so he understandably had no idea where he was supposed to go. I’ve visited this location multiple times for bloodwork before and after it changing to Quest Diagnostics. I did read some of the other reviews and I definitely feel it’s quite unfortunate for those whom reported negative experiences waiting and/or otherwise. I, on the other hand have had positive experiences with waiting and with the staff and medical professionals (who actually performed the blood draw). I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your facility on July 21, 2026, where I accompanied my uncle for blood work. Upon arrival, we were first in line for a walk-in appointment; however, the staff member managing the front desk was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. This place used to be efficient. Now there is zero order to how names are called. It is definitely not first come first served. No one had an appointment during my visit and no one could even guess how names would be called. Tip: Do not use the text me when it's my time feature. It will only increase your time. I've seen this entire room change over twice. Still waiting. Also it seems like the staff shows up whenever they want. So the staff that shows up on time is stressed because they are the only one taking patients.

I scheduled an appointment online at @ 9:30 checked in for my appointment @9:20 i it’s 11 am and im still not seeing that is 2 hours of wait. Ridiculous do not recommend
