They often close anytime they feel like it. Today I get here at 3:10 and they are closed without any explanation. This has happened numerous times. The man that works there is rude and always acts like he has an attitude. Megan and Brittany who used to there were great. I often go out my way not to have to drop my samples off here.

My veins are historically very difficult - frequently multiple visits and 10+ sticks to get a single order. It's awful! BUT! Today was the best blood draw I've ever had. Meagan found my veins and got the full orders in one stick. She was kind and funny and made the whole experience better. Highly recommend her!

I have a really hard time getting blood drawn and Tracy was incredible. She was so understanding and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so kind and sweet!

Tracy, the lady who helped me out, was extremely nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable. However, a little annoying that both the ID scanner in the lobby as well as the ID scanner in the room we were in did not work.

I've had two visits to this location and both were exceptional. There were some computer issues prior to my first appointment. Brittany went above and beyond to coordinate things so I didn't have to change my appointment. Also thanks to Brittany, my appointments were fast and painless.
