It was fine... got my blood work done
I had a 9:20 appointment and sat for over an hour to be seen, not sure what takes so long to draw blood even after the patient left it took a good 10 minutes + before anyone else was called back and most had left by then
Waited over a hour past scheduled time. Woefully understaffed, go to Austintown location.
I don’t know what people are talking about—there are a zillion parking spots if you just look around the corner of that strip mall. The check-in is so easy— my appt was at 7:20, I was texted a link to use once I was there. That’s it! I was checked in. A screen in the waiting room (with plenty of chairs) shows your name and your appt time. I had to wait 20 min, no big deal. This place beats going to the ER to wait for someone to draw your blood.
