I am really turned off that the phlebotomists are asking the patients for payment especially that the money is wanted before the service has even been provided. If this is a continued practice I will look for another place to have my blood tests.
Quest Diagnostics in New Castle Pennsylvania on Enclave Drive was great. There was no wait, I had a appointment and when I walked in I signed in on the tablet and barely sat down before I was being called back. Both ladies that I interacted with were extremely nice and good their jobs. Place was very clean.
The staff during my visit went above and beyond and consolidated two appointments into one visit for me. They were extremely helpful, funny and engaging and made the whole experience great. They are both huge assets to the Quest team.
