This location lost my daughters test and didn't tell me for 4 weeks. There is coincidentally no one to call to see what happened, no actual person to speak to when you call anyway. This test was important. They told me I'd have the results in 1-2 days. I gave them a week. Submitted two requests for results. Called, but their system doesn't allow you to speak to a real person. Finally at 4 weeks they send an email like "sample not found, sorry!" Like what?! This whole time I could have gone somewhere else to get the test redo... read more
