Super nice Staff! With an appointment I got right in and out!
They refused to take my wife’s insurance card because they said they don’t accept it. I called my insurance and quest headquarters and they said they do. Got a bill for 3k. The phlebotomist didn’t even give my wife the time of day to explain that our insurance was indeed accepted by quest (we prepped beforehand, and came very prepared). The bill came down to $125 once headquarters got involved. Was also rude to my pregnant wife getting pregnancy labs drawn. Just awful.
