I had to take my 10 year old daughter to get bloodwork and the phlebotomist was so kind. My daughter previously had a bad experience at the hospital and was a bit traumatized. The phlebotomist was patient and caring and got the job done in less than 20 mins. I was so grateful for her experience and calmness. I highly recommend this location!
The first appointment i had they claimed to not have received the order despite the dr office confirming the fax was sent. I was turned away even though I was on the phone with the office and they could send the fax again immediately. I rescheduled for the next day. We arrived 8 minutes late due to a crash. We were turned away even though she had the order, and they did not close for another 12 minutes. If you can’t take an appointment at 4:18, then close your lab at 4:18, not 4:30. The phlebotomist here is the best I’ve ever had—love her! She’s been doing it over 30 years, that’s probably why she’s able to keep the pain so minimal. If you are queesy about blood draws, this is your place.
