My phlebotomist was excellent! Not only kind and professional but showed me comfort and went beyond her duties and helped me with a non related issue. I wish I could remember her name because I asked for it but I hope this reaches her manager and gets the recognition she deserves. Bravo!
I went to the doctor office. The doctor wanted me to have some blood work and a urinalysis. Quest was located in the same building as the doctor office and radiology. Hartford healthcare. I was lucky I was the only patient. 2:30 pm. No wait time. A welcoming phlebotomist greeted me by name. She verified my information. A tiny pinch and blood work!
Poorly run Quest Diagnostics here will make you wait a long time for something that should take 5-10 minutes, like a blood test. If you have checked in on time and you have a reserved time slot, there's no reason why you should be stuck waiting for so long.
Mr. Graysen was phenomenal. He was kind and provided outstanding care for myself and my daughter for her very first blood draw. He made her feel comfortable and safe. He needs to be recognized for his excellent work.
