It might be nice to inform some of your older customers that don’t have a smart phone or possibly a computer a better way to navigate your admission system. since they might not be able or have the ability to get the MyQuest app, which in my opinion is essential and makes your process extremely easy and user-friendly, but for others who don’t, it could be a nightmare.
Today I had my blood drawn by Blair. As soon as I signed in she was ready for me, she was very thorough with every detail. I was concerned about the bruising that I always get after having my blood drawn, she was absolutely excellent with her knowledge of how not to bruise! Her information worked, I don’t have any bruising at all! I wanted to say thank you to her! So happy I got Blair!
