I used to have good experiences here but after this last time I never came back. I was a walk in with a question, my form said I could go to San Luis Diagnostic, but I had gotten work done there at Quest. I just wanted to make sure I could still do so. I waited 15-20 minutes with one person ahead of me. Just before nine the space cleared up and the lady insideshouted out she had to go on break. I said I understood but had a question. We tried the walk in and did the check in process on their self-service kiosk. The screen showed that we had indeed check in and displayed our names on their monitor. We sat for over an hour. When we asked the employee finally, she acknowledged us, she said that we hadn’t checked in and were told we had to re-do the process again. We explained to her that our names were displayed on their monitor, but she wouldn’t listen to us. We had another appointment, so we just left. I will never go back to them.
