The place closed 15 minutes early, and opened 5 minutes late. Could've taken my blood in 15 minutes rather than make me wait for them to have an hour lunch. The nurse who did my blood work was very good and nice though. Gotta work on their priorities. Stay open during open times, close at closing times.
They were 40 minutes late for the appointment just to say the fax and email wasn't working so they couldn't pull the lab order. Waste of time and gas.
Check in was quick and easy, and the entire visit was smooth and painless. I'll continue using Quest Diagnostic for all my lab work.
Great experience. They were quick, kind and super professional.
