What’s the point of telling people to schedule an appointment when you have people waiting 30-40 minutes to be seen from their appointment time. This is ridiculous

the person taking my blood & calling customers back for service was very nice & proficient
Employees are rude and they need to me more transparent and communicate with customers. I waited for an hour and a half just to be told they couldn’t get me in. Absolutely ridiculous
I scheduled an appointment for blood taking and this beautiful lady, Valerie, took my blood with almost zero feeling over my arm. No wound, no bruise, no nothing… nada. She is one of my best phlebotomist I experienced. Highly recommended. Quest should retain these valuable employees and give her a pay raise.
