The instructions for leaving a urine specimen that are posted on the wall in the bathroom say to wash your hands and to use the towelettes provided. There is no soap and there are no towelettes. Am I expected to bring my own?
I think my phlebotomist's name was Veronica (not 100% sure) was the most excellent person to draw my blood, she did an excellent job, the needle did not hurt a bit and she was super professional, could not ask for a better experience. Well done.
