Perfect experience!
Veronica was very professional and compassionate. I watched her work with two women in lobby before being called back for for my own bloodwork. She was very pleasant and didn’t have any issues with obtaining my blood. Very good experience!
I have consistently had positive experiences coming to this location for lab work.
I have used Quest many times in the past, and always with good results, but this last visit was anything, but that. The nurse was unfriendly and unprofessional. She actually went into the next room and talked to another nurse about a friend of theirs who was dating , while I sat and waited for her to come back for about 5 minutes. I don't know what her problem was, but she needs an attitude adjustment and she needs to be taught manners!
