Nicole and Sandy are the best, super friendly, got me in and out within 10 minutes. Sandy drew my blood and I didn’t feel a thing, you can tell she’s a pro.

Not the first time @ this facility in Grover Beach. I always find the most outstanding /professional care. This time, despite she was very kind, she did not have enough experience and my blood draw was extremely painful that she had to stop . Thank God another nurse really expert was there and we start again from the beginning with absolutely no pain , not even when the needle went in my vein. I ll go again with the hope i find some body' aged' as i have always found previously
Horrible management. I had an appointment today at 1:10 PM. I arrived at 12:50 PM only to find the door locked and a sign referring us to the Quest office in Santa Maria or SLO. No text, no email. No warning. Now I have to drive far out of my way to get this done so my doctor has it before the next appointment. So, the proper approach for management would be to make sure the appointment code works for both locations. NOPE. I had to check in as a walk in, so I went to the bottom of the list.
