Horrible management. I had an appointment today at 1:10 PM. I arrived at 12:50 PM only to find the door locked and a sign referring us to the Quest office in Santa Maria or SLO. No text, no email. No warning. Now I have to drive far out of my way to get this done so my doctor has it before the next appointment. I was waited on quickly. Phlebotomist was professional, polite and efficient. Thank you.
Horrible service. Came yesterday and they took my name down and said I could come back today at a certain time and when I came at designated time they have a sign posted that they are closed for the day. Would’ve loved a phone call before I drove an hour.
My wait time was 2-3 minutes. I received great care and didn’t feel rushed and I was finished in less than 10-12 minutes.
