Scheduled an appointment for August 6th. Arrive to an empty office and a computer for intake. My appointment was "lost" in their system and supposedly someone else was scheduled at my appointment time. Some lady from the back was no help. Refused to listen to the client and didn't want to be bothered with customer support. Very rude and condescending individual. Canceled my lab work and will be going elsewhere.
Julie is the best!!! Full of knowledge and the bedside manner is appreciated. She knows how to treat those of us that get lightheaded.
The lady was very compassionate as I am very frightened of needles, she kept my nerves very calm.
Always a pleasant experience. Easy check in and super quick friendly service. Love that quest has the ability to offer tests for self purchase at an affordable price too.
