I had a disappointing experience at this location this morning. I arrived prepared for my lab work, having fasted and driven about 30 minutes. When I checked in, the staff member (Joanie) spoke to me in a very abrupt and nasty tone when asking about my lab order. When I calmly addressed the tone, the situation escalated and she refused to perform my lab draw altogether.
