The comments noting the delays are real. I scheduled mine for 9 am, arrived early, checked in to an overflowing room of others waiting to be seen and was not taken remotely to being on schedule. They need to either add more staff capacity or stop overbooking just to maximize their profit at the expense of patient care.
Checked in online, just entered waiting room & was called. Tech was pleasant and skilled. In and out in 5 minutes. Great facility.
Giving blood samples for Function Health, I was taken right on time and Andrea was the best phlebotomist I have ever had drawn my blood. And to top it off, she sang softly and beautifully! I will request her every time I get blood work in the future.
