First experience at this location and I was very impressed. As a hospitality manager, I am a firm believer that the staff can make or break an establishment. Linda was very personable and attentive. I have always had issues getting blood drawn due to the viability of my veins but the experience today was seamless. 10 stars

Love it.. very quick service if you have appointment. I liked the self check in process.
I made an appointment and was not called until almost 20 minutes after the fact. You could hear the staff laughing from inside. The phlebotomist was extremely rude and I can tell that she was not paying attention. She asked me twice if I was fasting when obviously I had answered her the first time. Lastly, I told her twice that it’s easier to use a butterfly needle with me as my veins are hidden and smaller. After not being able to get blood she continued and really hurt me.
