I made an appointment and was not called until almost 20 minutes after the fact. You could hear the staff laughing from inside. The phlebotomist was extremely rude and I can tell that she was not paying attention. She asked me twice if I was fasting when obviously I had answered her the first time. Lastly, I told her twice that it’s easier to use a butterfly needle with me as my veins are hidden and smaller. After not being able to get blood she continued and really hurt me. My experience at LabQuest was excellent, thanks to Linda. When I arrived, my lab order wasn't showing up in the system, and I was worried that I would lose my place or be forgotten while trying to get everything sorted out with my doctor's office. Linda immediately put me at ease. She paused my visit so I could step into the waiting area and contact my doctor, and throughout the entire process she consistently checked on me. Make an appointment! I made an appointment to be seen at 10am and after I checked in, I only waited about 3-4 minutes. The space is clean and the staff are friendly. Krissy was my Phlebotomist and was so kind. I have a history of fainting and/or feeling dizzy and faint when getting my blood drawn. Krissy was very patient, caring, and engaged in conversation with me to keep me distracted. I let her know that I needed to sit for a few minutes after which she allowed me to do. I appreciated that!
