They lost my paperwork twice - could never find the faxes from my doctor’s office, who send it to them second time while I was there . The previous one was sent to them a week before- vanished . They don’t pick up the phone. The nurse called them to check about the fax. I had to go to the hospital to do my bloodwork in the end . This health facility was chosen by me to save the time .

Please turn the video ads off. Nobody wants them, and everyone has to put up with it. No problem with the business itself, but enough is enough. Time to curb unwanted ads

I had a great experience. My wait was only about 10 minutes with an appointment. Anthony, my phlebotomist, made my day. He greeted me with a warm smile, kept the conversation light with jokes, and had me laughing throughout. His cheerful spirit and genuinely pleasant demeanor turned an ordinary (somewhat unpleasant) appointment into a wonderful experience. I arrived at my appointment this morning and I have to say God had placed me with my new of his angels, putting my mind at ease when making a financial decision. So thank you for spreading kindness and good to know there are still good people in the world. God bless you always sir!
