Quest Diagnostics in Cos Cob is awesome. Very convenient and I never wait long. The people are all pleasant and professional. Nicole Caldwell was particularly helpful. Thank you all.
They lost my paperwork twice - could never find the faxes from my doctor’s office, who send it to them second time while I was there . The previous one was sent to them a week before- vanished . They don’t pick up the phone. The nurse called them to check about the fax. I had to go to the hospital to do my bloodwork in the end . This health facility was chosen by me to save the time .
