The lady who drew my blood was a professional. Told me the step before every step to make me feel comfortable. The kiosk though was unresponsive and I feel the pain others described...
Staff is experienced and compassionate. I have been at the facility once or twice a week since 11/2025 and will need weekly labs for the rest of my life. Quest’s commitment to a high standard of customer service and support will determine my decision to stay with Quest. I see different techs who are all good but in particular I can recommend Diana. She keeps me calm while drawing 4/5 vials and never misses!
