Phlebotomist was very friendly, yet professional. Painless blood draw. Easy to make an appointment ahead of time and check in from my car upon arrival
Great staff, easy to get an appointment
Quest's strongest suit is the professionalism clearly evident in the staff; however, the modern appearance, ease of check-in, and TV display of where in the queue a client is are also positive features. The website appointment app is also a big plus.
My mother and I went to Quest at Langley Clinic in Sumterville. Wait time was 5 min. Michelle and Alexis were a good team together. Very cordial. Alexis quickly developed a good rapport with my mother, who has had many negative experiences in the past with blood draws, and brought ease to her. Alexis was also gentle and very skilled in finding the best place to draw, quickly determining the butterfly needle was the best choice. And from stick to pull out... she was a pro!
