Alexis was very efficient, professional and friendly, and I was called from the waiting room exactly at my appointment time.
Alexis was amazing! She was very kind and understanding. She helped calm my daughter's nerves. My daughter is terrified of needles, but Alexis was so gentle she didn't feel a thing. Phenomenal tech!
Had to get lab work. This is something my doctor requires quarterly. Technician was personable, In and out in less than 20 minutes from time of my appointment. My only detractor was the bathroom, which before 9AM could have been cleaner. This is probably the purview of the Langley facility.
