I had a great experience at this lab. I was checked in quickly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. My doctor had already ordered my blood work, so the staff found the order right away and collected my blood without any issues. The entire process was fast, organized, and efficient. The staff was professional and made the visit very smooth.

I'm not sure what happened to this location—it used to be very pleasant. I checked in about 10 minutes before my appointment, only to be told they couldn't find my order, even though I had it on the app. Apparently, that wasn't good enough. I had to run next door to print it, which only took about two minutes, and I was still back before my scheduled appointment time.
