Great location, wasn't busy, tech were rude regarding walking in. What's the point of having a kiosk to check in, when your lights are off and nobody can help you in the kiosk to check in? The techs need to be taught a little bit different how to approach a patients as well.
Clifton was absolutely amazing!! He had me in and out in no time. He was timely, thorough and kind! Thanks Clifton for making this process bearable! Needles!!!
The phlebotomist was terrible. Apparently first time he was doing this. Gave me a huge bruise. 5 hours later they call me to go back repeat the blood work because the ones he took couldn’t be used. How can I go back in the middle of the day when I’m supposed to be fasting and they know it ? Quest is hiring people from the street and doesn’t provide any trainings. No accountability. Not going back to Quest. They have no respect for people’s time
