Great customer service. My technician was personable, friendly, and we had a great conversation. I got to my appointment about 40 minutes early and left 30 minutes after arriving, so before my appointment technically “started” (probably just a slow day). Check-in is really easy; walk up to a tablet in the room, add the appointment number or your contact info, then sit down after confirmation. Highly recommend this Quest location.
The lady who took my blood was kind and friendly. Also, the needle didn't hurt which was awesome
They were efficient and didn’t waste time. They confirmed my tests and then collected the samples and got me out of there! The nurse was excellent at the needle stick. I barely felt it!
