Fast and friendly
People are great, Friendly, Knowledgeable. However, since my health care provider has eliminated the tech responsible for blood draws it has inconvenienced the patient by having to make an additional appointment. When making the appointment patient further encounters no one to make the appointment with in case of questions. When arriving for appointment checking in is done by kiosk and there is no one to speak with until patient goes in with tech. This is the most impersonal system i have EVER encountered. only do pre employment drug test during certain hours. make appointment yet they run late. no one to speak with, and the phone number is an automated system that say vist our website if you have questions.
