The phlebotomist was cheerful and courteous. She performed the draw with skill and I didn’t even feel the needle stick. Frequently, it’s difficult to perform venepuncture on me. The electronic check in procedure, however, would not allow me to check in when I actually arrived. I arrived early but the system prevented me from registering until 7 minutes before the appointment. That seems a little odd.
Inconvenience to get a timely test done, all done by a kiosk when all you want to do is turn a lab result in.
I have extreme anxiety with needles and the lab tech was so understanding and helpful! Paula talked me through everything and was incredibly helpful every step of the way! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I'm definitely coming back any time I need blood drawn!
